How did I miss this show? Robbin started tivoing it...or the tivo thought Robbin would like it...and I suddenly am obsessed with the show, just in time for the final season. I'm completely torn between my 2 favorite cops, Dutch & Lem. I want them both to have more interesting stories & screen time. And I wish Shane would just go away. But Walter Goggins does an amazing job showing how someone can rationalize such behavior.
I'm going to skip the entry about why I haven't been blogging. It's over done. You can see that on anyone's blog. oops. I just did it.

I haven't seen The Shield yet, but I think its by the same people who did the Wire which speaks well. Have you seen the Wire? I'm obsessed.
I have not seen The Wire. Do you know what the connection is? I know Shawn Ryan - Shield creator - also did the Unit...and that there is some connection between Homicide and The Wire...but that is where I end in this Kevin-Bacon-esque diagram.

ME: Hey, Rae's watching the Shield (I proceed to read your post to him.)
STEPHEN: Awww....Shane is one of my favorites. But Dutch is cool, too! You won't watch the show. You should watch the show!!!
ME: NO. I would hate it.
STEPHEN: Noooo, you would like it!
ME: NO Stephen, I WOULD NOT. You told me to leave the room when you were watching it the other day because (insert possible spoiler about something profoundly horrifying that happened on the show), I. would. hate it.
STEPHEN: ....oh, yeah....that was (insert character here).
Shoot. This stoy isnt' as good with the spoilers removed.
