Tonight I discovered..

that I make a really good Reuben. And I will have to make many more this week because sauerkraut doesn't come in small jars. Really, if anyone wants a sandwich this week; I can make it for you.

Reuben making is a great skill. I haven't had one in ages. Sauerkraut sauteed with a little apple can be a good side dish to a hearty meat.

Come on over for a Reuben sometime this week, Dieden. I even have a pickle to put on the side of the plate.
